We are an all female acapella group based in Central Victoria who normally specialise in the late sizteenth century to the early seventeenth century. For this timelesly beautiful season, we have expanded our repertoire by six centuries. Here we bring you sixteen carols and Christmas songs from the fourteenth century to more recent times. Some are old favourites; some are modern compositions. We hope you enjoy our selection.

Madrigal Mystery Tour is the triumphant first CD from the all-female group of the same name.

The singers all live in or near Maldon in Central Victoria. We hope you enjoy these musical morsels as much as we do.
The name 'madrigal' has been given to two types of music. Both Originated in Italy. The first was current in the 14th century. The second, which you will hear on this CD, appeared two centuries later. The songs are composed for three to five vocal parts and are performed unaccompanied. The subject-matter of the madrigals recorded here is secular and the most common topic is love.
